starsan residue on top of beer in secondary

I'm sure this is fine but it looks pretty nasty to me. I keep reading don't fear the foam so I left the foam on top of the beer in my secondary. The foam has since gone away but there are these pools of nasty white looking stuff on top of the beer now. (the sanitizer) Is this just a normal part of the process?

Yeah,that & maybe some yeast rafts. Starsan breaks down into yeast nutrient. Idk how long that takes though.
