Hi all,

So I was supposed to have a brew day today but that plan has been tossed on back burner. Made a starter 3 days ago like normal buuuuut I probably won't be able to use it for at least a week-week and a half. What to do?

Can I decant the starter into a sanitized jar a la yeast washing? Then I can stick it in the fridge for when I need it.....I think.

Anywho, just wanted to ask the hive mind.

Thanks!

Just keep it in the fridge, when you re ready to brew decant and pitch. If you go longer than 1.5 weeks then whip up a small starter again to wake up the yeast
