So I brewed a Cream Ale for my first time a bit ago and have been drinking it lately. While liking the beer, my 2nd glass consistently gives me heartburn. My other homebrew batches along with commercial does not have this same effect.
The only other alcoholic beverage that has the same consistent effect is white wine.
Could it be the flaked maize/corn that I used? Or just something else?
