Never seen them sold anywhere. I know a few places where they grow wild and I can harvest them

Anyone try Desert Hackberries in their beer or know of anyone who has? They grow out here in AZ and have a sweet, almost strawberry like, flavor. Always looking to try something new

Carb it using "set and forget". Temp it right around 38/40 or so (have an old school dial type temp controller so it's hard to say for sure)

Just started kegging my beer. I have two kegs in a chest freezer, converting to keezer soon. Kegs are at 10 psi and have picnic taps on 8' 1/4" id tubes. All I'm getting is foam? Any suggestions? LHBS sold me picnic taps with 2' lines and said that was all I needed which didn't work. Upped to 8'...

In my experience time tends to heal most issues. Stick it somewhere dark and cool and let it sit for a while

Funny, I'm just about the same size as you, 6' 286, and recently started riding a bike to try and lose some weight and get exercise. I inherited my bike from a friend whose husband passed away a couple years ago. It's a great bike and perfect for a big guy like me. It's a Gary Fisher Tiburon...

My understanding is that it depends on the freezer. Some are deep enough to fit kegs and some aren't. Most collars are for the taps though.

Having a pint tonight in honor of Gregory Fretz, co owner/founder of Phoenix Ale Brewery here in AZ. Unfortunately he lost his battle with cancer this morning. He was a great ambassador for the Craft industry. Going to be missed
