I am planning to condition a brew for a few months but I wanted to see the best way.
Should I age it in a secondary carboy for a few months then bottle a month or two before drink time or bottle it after a month or two and let it age in the bottles?

Its only 6gal, but you can ferment in this then remove the sediment without disturbing the beer very much.

If your going to be making more orders like this maybe build a container to store the box. Just put a note for the delivery person to see.
I have this also, works awesome.
I had it pretty low on my first run and it was still easy to control.
Remember to stir and control the flow when adding hops to control the boil and you won't over flow.
