Hey there everyone I recently bottle to carboys of beer.. One was an IPA and a Nut Brown .. They have been bottled for 2 weeks I opened they to try them and the IPA had alot of carbonation and the nut brown had nothing! Do some beers take longer? Thanks

It was in the primary bucket for a week then I put it in the carboy last Sunday this is when I dry hopped I was told to leave it for two weeks then to bottle??

Just have a quick hop question . I just put my beer in the carboy this weekend I was told to dry hop it with some leaf hops so I did! Do those hops ever sink to the bottom or just stay on top? It's been only 3 days but I was just curious ? Thanks

I just put my first batch ever in to the Carboy yesterday before that I disinfected with starsan is it ok to keep the foam in the Carboy when shiphoning from the primary to the Carboy? Thanks!

Snow seemed not to be dirty the temp was about 140 when it happen

So I am doing my first batch ever a Belgian wit ber I have done everything right so far I went to bring it from a boil to 75 as quick as possible so I sat it in the snow out side by accident I dropped snow into the beer I decided to bring it in and re- boil it then try again is that ok?
