So I am doing my first batch ever a Belgian wit ber I have done everything right so far I went to bring it from a boil to 75 as quick as possible so I sat it in the snow out side by accident I dropped snow into the beer I decided to bring it in and re- boil it then try again is that ok?

It's probably your best bet, unless the snow was yellow.

Whether you have a problem or not depends on how hot your wort was when you contaminated it, and how dirty the snow was.

If you re-boiled it then there's nothing to worry about. Doing so may have changed your hop profile slightly depending on how long you boiled for, but not really a big deal.

EDIT: Cooling in the snow is a bad idea. The snow acts as an insulator and it takes FOREVER. You're better off using an ice bath.
