Did you go to the device, hit the dropdown menu, then "Configure Sensors/Pins/Devices"?
I ask because I was tearing my hair out today trying to figure out why it wasn't reading the temp from the sensor I connected, then saw the part of the docs that said to go configure which pin to expect...
I don't think that this provides anything really worthwhile that building a BrewPi won't provide, and at a cheaper buy-in with the (huge) addition of temperature control. Well, aside from the FG reading, but I'm not willing to pay for a $250 hydrometer.
