Does anybody have any hints on how to clone this stuff? I've never done a cider before. The wife loves this stuff. It'd be nice to have it in my portfolio.

Bumping this thread because I had Daytime for the first time yesterday and was blown away. I had it on draft and I couldn't get enough. I need an all grain clone recipe.
I think I'm going to take a shot at it the Friday. It'll be a long shot, but we'll see. I'll post my bill if it turns...
Quick update:
That yeast was hyperactive. It foamed out of my 2L flask like crazy on just 1200mL wort. Regardless, it's pitched and fermenting beautifully.
The Safale-04 was split in early Nov. and I believe it's been split twice before. It should be fine. It looks like it has a good amount of yeast settled in the bottom.
Were brewing our first Imperial IPA Friday and I have a question about yeast starter. I have 500 ML of Safale-04 I plan to use for this brew. Its a Dogfish Head 90 min IPA clone. I plan to make about 1500ML of starter, using an Amber DME. Ill pitch the yeast and spin for 48 hours. Then...
