Make a second beer in the same style with twice as much hops and mix them together.

I fermented my first brew (an English bitter) in the low 80s a couple months back, was really worried about it. I was obviously unprepared for the hot weather.
I wouldn't do it again... but the beer turned out just fine (so far -- almost three weeks in the bottle and it tastes great)...
I was wondering about this too. I'm new to this -- just two batches now -- and didn't remove the krausen ring for either (until after I was done, when I cleaned out the entire bucket). Can someone explain this to a noob? Thanks.
Congrats, I just popped open my very first homebrew a few days ago -- just 10 days after bottling. Too early, I know, but it was already fully carbonated and tasting smooooth.
I had my second yesterday at 14 days... and promised myself I wouldn't open another until day 21.

The Wyeast site says 3724 can go up to 95 degrees -- but Wyeast and some of the threads I've read here say this yeast can suddenly "stop" for a while.

A friend of mine just brewed with the Midwest Groupon starter kit -- he needed a big spoon and a thermometer, neither of which came with his kit. You might want to make sure you have those things handy.
