    cover the elements with white vinegar and let it sit over night , most of the crud will fall off . I do this with my elements and they look new even after two years of use

    I use a filter on the discharge side of the pump and circulate through the heat exchanger throughout the entire mash and boil process , never a clog, infection or any other issues

    I brew with RO water which comes in at 7.0 ph , adding 2 to 3% acidulated malt gets me right where it needs to be . Hope this helps
