I've had my beer fermenting for 72 hours now, I'm getting great activity through the air lock. My concern is there's only about a half inch of krausen. Am I stressing out over nothing?
I just brewed my first batch and I'm wondering how long do I wait til the CO2 starts coming through the airlock? And I've already got like almost 2 inches of sludge is this normal?
