Yep you'll be fine, there will be enough yeast in suspension for much longer than that. Many of us allow for atleast 3-4 weeks in primary so that the yeast can clean up most of the off flavors that were created during active fermentation.
That temp is high for a true lager and will most likely result in a less cleaner taste. What was the yeast that came with your kit?
Regardless it will still be beer and good to drink, it just may not taste anything like you expect.
Sometimes the availability of information out there is a crutch and can really be a bad thing. I feel if your worried about this then generally your subconscious is letting you know your cleaning and sanitizing efforts are lacking, and you should spend more time focusing on that than worrying...
Umm not sure why you'd question if its ok there is a crap ton of yeast at the bottom of your flask ;-).
BTW sulfur is usually the smell that is given off with lager yeast
I do the same thing but avoid all the extra trouble and just fill up an old oxyclean bucket about a qaurter of the way and place the carboy neck into it like its a water jug.
