I recently purchased the Brewer's Hardware 20 gallon conical, and have my first brew fermenting away now. This thing is nice! The butterfly valves are great, and I like all of the large openings - 8" TC at the top and 2" dump at the bottom. The quality is excellent and it did not have any...
I am planning on a 15 or 20 gal conical soon and I'm wondering the same thing. My challenge is the distance from boil kettle to conical. I will either need a long run of tubing (40-50') or some type of way to move the conical around safely.

It is very good. I had some with family last night and it's almost gone. It has only improved over time, although I enjoyed the strong hopiness when it was first legged.
I did a partial mash brew on Thanksgiving day. Moved it to secondary (5 gal keg) last week and plan to chill and carb this Thursday so it has a full week to carb. Hopefully it will be ready to go for Christmas Eve - I'm excited about serving this one.
