Really great advice for a newbie like me, I somehow missed it at first but now found again.

Amount of ingredients has to be precise to get the maximum out of it not accidental taste, this is my opinion but you need an advice of more pro brewers here.

Seems perfectly balanced for me. How long it is taking you to do all the prep work in order to start brewing? Doing a little research work if you dont mind.

I actually haven't even tasted a beer with chocolate overtone but believe it is quite interesting taste. So go ahead do it, you will see and taste what will come out of it.
