There are a lot of other factors. Like age and health, that would determine the level of benefit.

If you measure in ppb you have to be careful with the sample. I think breweries inject a needle probe right through the beer can to sample. Even then I wonder if the needle would carry some 02 through into the beer.

The headspace in the bottle might contain 02. I've read the bottle filler can cause 02, but I don't understand that. Another idea would be using a blichman beer gun to bottle.

I use a spreadsheet. Some things I find useful:
-How many packages. Like 13+1+1 would be 13oz and two additional 1ozpackages. This makes it easier to see if something is open or if a bulk package exists.

It's not very pragmatic if you don't mention oxygenation. As Adam suggested the trub is yeast fuel. If memory serves you oxygenate with shaking which means the trub beer benefiting hugely from the trub.
