    saturday was first brew

    Tasted my first batch yesterday, A True Brew Pale Ale kit. Tastes alot like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale but not as bitter. I was impressed as I am sure you will be. Enjoy! Cheers! :mug:

    Looks Nice! I will be pouring a glass next week at the 1 week mark. (Very first batch also) Bottles at 60-62F in the basement. Carbonation seems to be developing fine. I brewed a True Brew Pale Ale kit. Enjoy! Cheers!!

    I guess being new at this , I would define "ruined" as foul smell/taste. Flavor being far from what it is supposed to be.
