    Frozen fruit or fresh fruit?

This is pertinent to me, because I plan on adding canned pineapple chunks to my secondary. Should I freeze them first? I would assume being canned they are sterile. Am I correct on this?

I have been doing some research to so to speak on ipa's. Going through old texts and what not. I come across a type of beer mentioned a lot , and that is the "october beer" apparently is was the predecessor t what we now call ipa's. The thing is I cannot find any in depth info on it. Does...

    Brew Dog - Extreeme Beers

If you can get it there hardcore IPA is good. Most of the beers are all brewed in the american style. A Scottish brewing company brewing English ales in the American style, oh the irony.

    1 sour beer

I would say it was just a bad bottle. Those nasty leftover residues breed all sorts of crap. Chock it up to bad sanitizing/cleaning, and move on. I usually soak my bottles for a few hours in Starsan before i rack. At least your other bottles seem fine, so it's not the whole batch.

    1 sour beer

It could have been a freak gonzo yeast. One of the bottles maybe was not cleaned enough. What where you using to sanitize? By sour do you mean still tastes like beer just sour, or completely undrinkable garbage?

Thank you Revvy, you ARE the best. Well i ran out of starsan, and i am going out of town for awhile. I wanted to rack to a secondary before i left. Unfortunately i didn't have time to run to my LHBS. Thank you again!
