So I work at a food manufacturer and we use canola oil that comes in 55 gallon stainless drums. Do ya'll think these would be of interest to homebrewers? Maybe as a boil kettle or mash tun once the paint is stripped off?

I can get Bells, Founders etc. Disappointed that I have not seen The Breury though or Jolly Pumpkin.
Just a few years ago Boston lager was an awesome beer. I t had a nice malt backbone with a very refreshing kick of hops that you could distinctly taste and it was a beautiful copper color. Now it is getting close to bmc, yellow and little flavor :(
