I bet IPAs is 80% of the craft market. It would be hard for me to have a brewery and not make one. But stand out by being focused / specialized and don't have the standard list of brew pub favorites.

All the breweries here are at capacity. They aren't even that good must of them. We could easily double the amount of breweries. I would do half brett and sours. There is a huge demand and the breweries here are not doing them properly.

Me 3. 2 years now with my free corona mill. Roller mill still way low on the list.

I would like to brew pro eventually. I have a physically demanding, dead end job. My significant other brings home the bacon. I doubt would hate it although I'm sure it wouldn't be as much fun.

I have to admit I was guilty of not liking this program out of ignorance. It is quite deep and getting deeper with each update. I don't even mess with any pc software anymore. Everything is in the pocket.

The Steelers are a completely different team on the road. Disgusting.

Now that I rack it I can see that the floaters are merely the yeast crap that fell off the side of the bucket. Smelling good!

I have seen this lately in my beers. I have some funky stuff on top of my porter. Looks like that last pic. We will see. Hopefully nothing. The brew day went awesome. Looking forward to drinking it.

It always seems like the best regular season team always finds a way to not win the SB. I am bias but I like the Steelers chances as long as Ben is in the game. The Defense is just starting to come together with their young players and will have the full compliment of LBs going into the post...

I have a friend that's a bar tender and she saved me 2 cases worth over a weekend. Boom. I probably have 8 cases or so. Most of them free.

What the kids have on. Big Time Rush is on now. Pretty sure I have seen every episode at least twice.

I manage to get a decent boil on my electric stove. I just put the pot over 2 burners. My kettle is thin aluminum. It's not problem. I don't want to brew in the cold either. Screw that. I also do all grain. I stick my cooler on a chair by the stove. My wife hates it but screw her anyway.

I started out with the 15 gallon and glad I did because I interested in no sparge brewing and those big beers even 5 gallon ones require some room.

Well that's a matter of taste. I happen to hate the combo of Belgian yeast and tons of hops. I think it clashes.
