Brewed an ipa with fresh hops and a lot of them.. was foing great then dry hopped with dryed hops and now it looks like a crazy... any ideas or suggestions
for a five gallon iv seen people adding spices then pumpkin spice.. then iv seen people use real pumpkin and ether put it in the mash or put it in the kettle? what is the best way to get a really good strong pumpkin flavor.. also if you have a good recipe hit me off with it please! making a ton...

yeah... i failed damn.... but all my other brews have turned out great so its about time i mess up... well thanks guys for taking a look... your right its over sweet. also it was mashed at 155 for 1 hour i used cali yeast

So i brewed what is a hoppy red.. and its not very good! Any weird ideas for putting something in other then dry hopping maybe adding some herbs or juices
