I unfortunately, do not have a pure o2 setup-... normally I use my gf's wine whip on my drill to aerate the wort (for what ever reason I didn't do this to each jug). I'm afraid i'll oxidize the beer @ this point.
I have...
I was inspired almost a month ago by an article in byo about testing different yeast on a split batch. I loved the idea because I find it difficult to enjoy many Belgian beers because of banana :ban: and bubblegum side-effects. I, unfortunately, hate those particular flavors. with that in mind...
for me it's barrel aging-... I don't recall one I like. I know many of you disagree, but for me I'd rather see the breweries utilize their time and real estate for a lager.

i made the extract kit form nb of this. i did it as per the directions aside from a bit more time w/ the columbus dry hop (mis-read directions)-... it finished @ 1.020 (high?), it tastes amazing. i and a few others had it back to back w/ ruthless rye and everyone loved denny's wry over sierra...
i don't see where i gave that impression-... i could give a crap about what they do-... i can easily find the humor in the commercial. i don't dislike the place @ all-... the beer selection is better than most places of that calibur. but if i think otherwise, i'm sure someone else will tell me...
hey remember that resturant w/ the commercial that poked fun @ homebrewers? well, they're going to be "making" their "own" beer!
a co-worker told me about this and after having a laugh i looked it up myself. it appears redhook will be doing the fun part.
here's an article-...
i made a brown ale (based off of caribou but used some additional grains aswell) and fermented it w/ washed denny's-... primary samples are amazing!
