Default Calculate grist by percentages?

Is there a HB software out there that can calculate a recipe by O.G. and percentage of each grain? For example, the Three Philosophers recipe in Brew Like A Monk calls for:

O.G. 1.089

62% Belgian Pale
16% Belgian Munich
6% Flaked Wheat
4% Special 'B'
3% CaraMunich
2% CaraVienne
7% Sucrose syrup

30-35 IBU, Northern Brewer hops
Wyeast 3787

Is there a program where I can plug in the grains, percentages, and O.G., and it will figure out the grain bill for me?

Thanks

Thanks! However, forgot to mention, I'm on a Mac. How about BeerTools Pro? I may have to suck it up and find my old PC laptop (it's gotta be in this mess somewhere!) At least if I spill hot wort on it I won't mind as much as I would on my PowerBook :-)

No problem, BTP will do this as well. I'm also on a Mac running BTP.
