I'm getting ready to invest in a wort chiller so I can start going full boil/all grain. I tried to search for threads on this but couldn't really find any. Anyway, wondering if anyone out there uses a stainless steel wort chiller. I'm interested in any pros/cons of using SS as opposed to copper. I'm still up in the air about which to get so any ideas/advice would be welcome. Thanks all!

Copper is cheaper, and thermal conductivity is superior in copper than in steel, so your wort will cool faster and for less money with copper.

I just realized that you didn't mention if you were getting an immersion chiller or a plate chiller... or if that was also still up in the air...
