:rockin:well i held out for a whole 8 days from the time i bottled my first beer, and im surprised! it tastes a LOT better than it did at bottling time, im still gonna give it another week or two. but man im exited can't wait for my second batch to be done ( scottish 80) . i need to brew some more, i think ill try a porter next!!
