I'm new at this and just kegged my first batch (a brown ale kit from Midwest), to me it tastes terrific and I'm hooked. Anywho, I had force carbed it at 30 psi x 24h and have had a few over the past couple of days. I wasn't pleased with the head so I thought I would give it another day or so at 20 psi. I did this without disconnecting the party-style tap. When I opened the mini-fridge to have another, I was horrified to see (a lot of) my liquid gold spilled all over and running into the floor.

I guess I know now.
