I'm about 5 days from bottling a pumpkin ale. I tasted the Wort a week after fermenting and it tasted great.
I would however like a little more spice flavor.
Is their anything I can add to the Wort before Bottling to give it s little kick?
mine was lacking spice so i soaked a cinnamon stick in whiskey and through it in the secondary with a teaspoon of vanilla.
You dip in wisky to kill bacteria?
I toasted the cinnamon stick @ 350 for 15-30 minutes, then just dropped it in secondary.

Why not drop it in the primary after a week?
