I have been kegging for a good while now and have had maybe 30 kegs in the keezer, all sit on the co2 for over a week (11psi @ 38ish degrees) before I start drinking and all turn out great... no issues except for my xmas ale. It's all foam, if I turn off the gas and pull the pin for a little and serve it's fine. Eventually it goes to a trickle and I turn it back on for a little and serve again. Everything else in the keezer is fine. It hasn't been out of the keezer since I put it in and hasn't been moved? The last time I did the recipe it turned out fine. Anyone else had an issue with just one beer not carbing right?

Assuming it's not simply over-carbonated, perhaps the problem keg's Out dip tube O-ring is missing or is compromised, allowing CO2 in the head space to be injected directly into the beer flow at the Out post...

Cheers!

Hm... I guess I'll ride it out and check the keg, it's about 1/2 out anyhow.

It kicked yesterday was less than I thought ha... Tearing it apart tonight.

Are you using the screw type ball lock disconnects? Those have been shown to have molding inconsistencies. You may have one that has a messed up mold.

What's odd is I brewed the same type and getting the same out of it. Different keg, different line... odd?
