Default Kegging Day!

About two months ago i started on my cider where it has sat since. Today i am planning on racking into a keg and back sweetening. My plan is to pour a can of apple concentrate in to the keg add 1 1/2 tsp potassium sorbate and a crushed campden tablet the rack the three gallons of cider on top. Then pressurize and cool. Any thoughts?

Starter - Onyx IPA
Primary - The Elf's' Reward
Kegged - Too Sweet Honey Ale

Sounds legit to me!

You may not even need the sorbate or campden if you plan on drinking it in a relatively short period. 3 gallons won't last very long

If you are worried about it restarting fermentation just 'burp' the keg every day or so.
