Hey guys and gals! My name's Matt and I've been brewing for about 4 months now. I'm located right around York and Harrisburg, PA.
I've been a huge craft beer fan before I was even legal to drink...shhhhh.... Now I'm 25 and have decided to take on brewing my own and making this a very dedicated park of how I use my free (and not so free) time.
Been a constant reader on here since I started and owe a lot of what I've learned from here.
I have about 15 all-grain batches under my belt now and they seem to get better and better. My latest batch is a Green/Black Tea Session Ale with dried blood orange.
I will be buying a house by the end of the month with a very workable basement to convert into my brewery. I've been saving up and will be implementing an electric HERMS system with this also.
