Greetings from North Texas!
I've been lurking around here for about 6 months - finally signed up in late August.
I have always been interested in homebrew, discovered this forum and finally decided to take the plunge after reading through hundreds of postings.
I have finished my fourth batch - started with a kit, moved to extract with steeping grains - and I am about to start on my first AG brewday as soon as I can finish up my mash tun.
Just wanted to thank everyone who posts here - incredible information that has really helped to clarify the process...!
