hey everyone,
its my first time brewing and my lager has been fermenting for 5 days now, everything is going well, but i want to lager it and cant find any clear directions on how to do it correctly. my plan is too let it ferment for about 2 more weeks, then move it to a secondary container and crash freeze it, leave that for a month and then add a little yeast and bottle,
If anyone sees any problems with my plan id really appreciate some advice

also i left it fermenting at 65 to 70 degrees until now, and just moved it to the garage where its about 55 to 60, does anyone no if this will cause any problems.
Again any advice is appreciated
