pocket video cameras

Does any one have any experience with any of the pocket video cameras, supposed to be easy to web like youtube and emails?

Such as Flip Video (ultra, mino, minoHD) or others (retail ~$129,$159,$209)

I am thinking about buying SWMBO something along these lines for xmas. she would like it, and I think I would borrow it pretty often.

I read you can get waterproof case for only the ultra ($30)
And these mino's are going for $100 on craigslist gently used

We just ordered a Kodak Zi6 at work. Hasn't arrived yet though.

Price is about the same as the better Flip cameras, but it shoots in HD.

I have been reading today, and people say the hd is not really worth it, and that the video is just basic not good for high/low lighting and no image stabilization.

I am not sold yet, but interested in it.
