I'm making the below recipe and wanted to know if I could sub Wyeast 3056 with safbrew 06:

Berry Weizen

5 gallons, extract with adjuncts; OG = 1.044; FG = 1.013

Ingredients:

4 lbs. Premier wheat malt extract
1 lb. light dry malt powder
1 lb. wheat dry malt powder
1 lb. flaked wheat
1 oz. Tettnanger hops (5% alpha acid), for 60 min.
Wyeast 3056 (Bavarian weizen) liquid yeast
3/4 cup corn sugar for priming
Fruit extract of your choice to make a fruit ale (optional

I switched over from 3056 to 06 about a year ago. I brew a hef and have had good results from the 06. You might want to consider getting the 3056 and then washing it if you make a number of wheats in the same year. I make one a year and I am willing to buy the dry rather than take up the storage space.
