I am making a belgian honey wit that I racked onto honey in the secondary. I am wondering how I would figure out my final ABV after adding the extra fermentables in the secondary. My OG was 1.064 and my reading before racking was 1.008. After racking onto the honey, I had 1.012. Is figuring my ABV as simple as adding the extra 4 points to my OG reading and calculating as normal, or is it more complicated than that?

it doesnt matter when you add fermentables, it all calculates the same. I believe honey is around 36ppg, so if you added 0.5# your OG would now be about 1.0676 if 5gallons
