Washed some WL001 a couple weeks ago.

I threw it in a starter a couple days ago and it seemed to fire up ok. (it was about 1/2 cup of yeast).

After 2 days, the yeast has gotten pretty solidified at the bottom of the glass jug. I can swirl and shake it around, and it eventually seems to mix back into solution (after some work), but I have never seen it like this when I buy it in the vial, nor have I seen it like this in a starter.

Did I do something wrong while washing?

I was hoping to split this between two batches tomorrow, so Im slightly worried (not that worried, but would like to konw)

no you didin't..... its just when it is in the vial from manufacture they has a suspenion agent in it to make it look "pretty"....
