So when my mom asked what i wanted for christmas and i said anything beer, she said no freaking way. I am not supporting you drinking and making beer. She really thinks that I am obsessed by this hobby and by god i am. So when I look in my stocking, bammmm!!!!!!!! there is a little pocket book entitled the Homebrewers Answers Book. I love the thought mom. I said you should have got me a wort chiller and a single tier brew system but the book was even better!!! I know its cheezy

My mom bought me a Belgian Tripel kit for Christmas. And wasn't told at the LHBS that the hops and yeast need to be refrigerated. Whoops!
