Default Warming up in the bullpen...

5 Lbs Gambrinus ESB malt 4L
5 Lbs malted wheat 1.6L
1 Lb Crystal 40
1 Lb Carapils..

Gonna mash at 152 for an hour then single hop with 2 Oz New Zealand Saaz 6.5's and ferment in the mid 60's with Fermentis Safebrew WB-06...

A week in primary, a week in clearing, then crash cool, keg and carb.

Should be a nice, light summer time beer
