I was going to make the Darth Vader Black IPA someone posted a while back but then tweaked it a ton and came up with this yesterday. Brew day went pretty well, still working some efficiency kinks to get my numbers up.

Could have probably gotten away with one vial since it's pretty ferocious and has had a blow off for 2-3 days now. Any problems with over pitching? It was a 1.082 beer, I'm sure the amount of yeast beasts is fine

So I just transferred to secondary and added about .75oz of Citra pellets. Took a gravity reading and got 1.010! Holy shart...dropped from about 1.078 to 1.010.

Forgot one of it in the clean Carboy. Awesome color and big hoppy punch.
