Hey all! Looking for a little advice.

I made 10 gallons of my Citra Pale Ale recently (batch #10) and I'm looking to mess around with it a bit. I've done batches of it conditioned on coffee, coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla bean, and now I'm looking to experiment with a puree. I was thinking mango to compliment the citra. I'm not sure how much to use or how long to condition it. The most successful I've had has been our coconut citra pale. With that I condition on about 10oz of toasted coconut for 2 days. I think 2lbs of mango will be enough, and maybe for a day or two? I don't want to lose my citra flavoring. Just looking for a little hint of mango in the after taste and aroma like it is with the coconut.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers!
Kyle
