Hey all. I just purchased a 60 qt aluminum kettle and now I need a burner for it. I will be doing biab and only be doing 5 gallon batches for now. Eventually I will step up to 10 gallon batches in the future. What would be the better burner for this pot?

I have the Bayou Classic KAB4. It works really well if it's not windy. I made a windshield for it, but it melted, so I need to design another one.
