So I am making another batch of Mead and this recipe in my Charlie Papazian book calls for using Zinc Fortified Yeast.
I am having a hard time finding this anywhere and tried to search on forums as well with not a lot of luck.
Any info is appreciated on what this is or if it has some different names where I can get some.
