Very nice as I am a huge Altbier fan.
My recipe for a 5 gallon
5 lbs Pilsner malt
2.5 lbs Munich Malt
1/2 lb Cara-Pils
1/2 lb Victory Malt
6 oz Carawheat
6 oz chocolate rye
4 oz flaked wheat
1 oz Nugget (16.8% Alpha) 30 mins
1 oz Strisslesalt (2.8% Alpha) whirlpool for 10 minutes at 150 F (65.5 C)

Here is the video of my Altbier which was a great beer but I complained a lot about having issues with my Grainfather brewing systems.
