Yoopers Banana Wine

Pulled the cork on a bottle Christmas and it was a pleasant white wine.

I had added cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg...faint but there. Folks just could not get past the banana part and it not tasting like bananas! But, it was a nice bottle of wine.

Will try it again next Christmas. Thanks Yooper.

In September i made a batch from a bunch of marked down bananas at Kroger...
I mean it was only around $6.00 to make 3 gallons.. I figured it couldn't hurt..
But everything I read says it could take 2 years to be any good...
OMG! As of right now, it's my favorite... Absolutely wonderful taste..
Now the problem... I didn't write down my recipe!! What are the chances I can duplicate it?
