So my under sized chest freezer pooped out a few weeks ago so I thought, why not just build a chamber. I already built a 10x12 shed to brew in which I told the wife I would use to clean out the garage but that never happened. I already had a wall unit in so was simply a matter of framing the corner in... 2x4 walls with with fiberglass insulation inside then r5 insulation boards on the inside. I live in central fl. Set the temp controller to 68 and it only kicks on every 2 hours or so for about ten minutes. Sorry the pics are sideways. Enjoying a few too many beers to care to change that
