yeast strains for warmer climates?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good yeast strains for (both white and red) that work well in warmer climates? for the vast majority of the year, my house never gets below 74*F

Kveik yeast is supposed to perform best at warmer temperatures, so it might be an option.

If you do small batches I've found that under the kitchen sink stays noticably cooler
