Hi all,

I made a starter for WLP 07 on Friday evening. Planning to use it later this afternoon. Should I try not to include the stuff that's settled out at the bottom and only pour the liquid? Or should I mix it and poor it all in? I planned to brew yesterday but was delayed so it's gone a bit longer than intended.

You want the stuff at the bottom, its the Yeast. Decant (poor) the liquid (beer) off and pitch the yeast.
It also wont hurt to just pitch it all in. The liquid is actually unhopped beer!
