I had two starter on stir plates. One is five liters one is three. Each had 5 packs of wyest pitched 24 hours ago. I used calculators for the amounts.

One was like a blizzard today. I turned off the stir plate and the yeast fell like snow. The other is still murky. The murky one is the five liter. I assume its time to cold crash the one that flocced? Sound right? Thanks. 13 gallon batches.

Cheers. I don't get it.
