Ok so I brewed a hefe from extract using wyeast 3333 figured i would try salvaging yeast so I poured my water into grub mixed and have so,much had to pour into several mason jars mixed up and waited a good long while I had only 2 layers not 3 1 yeast one trub did I do something wrong or can you not salvage from an extract brew

That's a long sentence. Not sure I understand it even at 75%.
Did you refrigerate your yeast? how long? Photos?

HeFe yeast is the worst kind to be saved for any extended period of time.
It's more "perishable" than other types of yeast. How long before you plan to use it?

Just pour beer - clear water - out, but leave a little. Then store the rest. You may have some dead yeast and hop material in there, but if you can't distinguish it, that's ok.
