I ordered some wyeyeast from NB and when I got it the package was inflated. I believe it didn't stay cold enough. I put it in the fridge but no change. So do I need to buy more yeast or can that be used? Thanks brewers.

When are you planning to brew? You could make a starter from it now and extend its viability.

More likely there is some internal damage which resulted in the yeast and nutrients mixing. The fact that the package is inflated means the yeast is alive. Standard procedure with questionable yeast is to make a starter. That's faster and cheaper than buying new yeast.

NB might replace the yeast. I'd suggest contacting them.
